Many nights, right before bed, Jason and I will excitedly say to each other, “I can’t wait until tomorrow morning. Why? Because coffee in the morning.” Haha we are seriously obsessed with coffee. We have been told we have some serious coffee love because we have almost every contraption out there to make coffee.

If you love coffee, you will love adding mint to your morning or afternoon cup! This iced mint latte is so refreshing and you'll wonder why you never added mint to your coffee in the first place!

We have:

1. A regular coffee maker,

2. A Chemex,

3. A burr grinder,

4. An espresso machine,

5. And we recently just got rid of our Keurig to give to my parents.

When we move to our new house, we have a designated ‘section’ in the kitchen that is going to be designed as our ‘coffee nook.’

Yup, to say we love coffee is an understatement!

You know what else is an understatement? Mint in coffee. If you’ve never had mint in coffee before, you are MISSING OUT.

My new favorite drink is this iced mint latte. Oh my gosh you guys. It is the most refreshing iced drink ever and I am 100% obsessed with it. It doesn’t ruin the taste/flavor of coffee but somehow accentuates it. You taste the cooling mint at the end of your giant sip and it’s super refreshing.

I made a batch of my mint vanilla simple syrup and added two teaspoons to my latte and I’m in minty heaven! You will be too :)

  1. There’s a bakery in Brooklyn that does a mint latte, but there’s no vanilla. This sounds great.

  3. Love it! I have a Coffee/Tea nook in my new house!! I have an obsession too! We have a Regular grind and brew coffee maker, 3 french presses (all different sizes), 2 coffee grinders, a Takeya cold brew maker and a keurig. Also a Thai iced coffee setup that my grandmother sent to me from Thailand.

I won a Ninja Coffee bar last month at a Tricky Tray – the hubs wants me to give it away, but I refuse!

    I’m a bit obsessed but I don’t think it’s a bad thing :)

    1. Haha I forgot that we have a french press too! You definitely have us beat with all your coffee contraptions! Coffee is the best :)

  4. I know what you mean– I always look forward to coffee in the AM! This looks unbelievably refreshing!

  5. I have been HOOKED on mint in coffee since I had a mint mojito latte in San Fran. It’s so refreshing. Also, mad respect for the coffee nook.
