Pasta Salads

Pasta + salad = pasta salad, the best kind of salad where you get your carbs and greens too. Balance, y’all. I mean, pasta salads are kind of the best because not only do they fill you up, they’re loaded with veggies. For example, take this Greek chicken pasta salad; it’s full of protein, carbs, and fat. This BLT pasta salad and this orzo salad both are at the top of my lists for large gatherings.

A bowl of tortellini pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, red onion, and fresh basil, mixed with a wooden spoon.

This end of summer pasta salad is a great way to use up the summer's finest ingredients (zucchini, corn, tomatoes, and basil) but realistically, it is great year-round! Easy to put together and it is great served chilled or warm!

A great springtime pasta salad dish to bring to outdoor events or to have at home! The flavors and colors of this dish will make any day cheery!
