- 1 ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 ½ pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken legs, (about 10 legs), damp dry by patting with a paper towel
