Last Minute Memorial Day Ideas

  • Last Minute Memorial Day Ideas from www.tablefortwoblog.com

I thought I’d throw together a super quick last minute Memorial Day list of ideas for you. Just in case you’re still looking for that perfect dish or drink to make this weekend! Get the list below and enjoy your weekend!! :)

Honey Soy Chicken – you can easily do this on the grill instead of the oven!

Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders – make a pot of these while you make other goodies for the weekend.

Mushroom Cap Pizzas – fun and healthy for kids to build their own pizza (and to trick them into eating a healthy portabella mushroom!), even adults love them!

Ranch Style Chicken – you can easily do this on the grill too!

Stuffed Peppers – you can roast these on the grill and stuff them with the filling then warm them up in the oven. The charred pepper taste is my favorite part!

Mushroom Sliders Fry Sauce – easily made on the grill and it’s got a delicious (and addicting) fry sauce that goes on top!

Spicy Pork Meatball Subs – one of the first recipes on my blog and one of our FAVORITES. The spicy pork patties are so delicious and full of flavor.

Sparkling Peach Sangria – refreshing and crisp and full of bubbly!

Boozy Strawberry Limeade – this one will cool you off and it has tons of tart citrus flavor! You can make this non-alcoholic too for the kiddos :)

Wow, this looks great! But I have a question. I see where I can add you to Pinterest and follow your stuff, but is there a way to pin each recipe individually. I would like to follow this particular site but can’t find the “Pin It” icon. Thanks so much!

Hi Cynthia, if you look at every recipe of mine, there’s a “Pin It” button right above the recipe :)
