    hello! Question: have you ever made the cupcakes one day in advance and then stored them without the frosting? And then frosted them the day of? Do you think that would work?

    Ok, trying this again!
    The cupcakes still have like, air pockets after cooking. How do I get rid of those?? Very tasty!!

      Try tapping the pan against the counter prior to baking to break up some of the air bubbles. You might be mixing too much so it’s creating more bubbles.
